Rental Agreement

By renting a vehicle from B.E.S.T Family Transportation Service & Car Rental, you agree to the following terms and conditions. It is important that you read this agreement carefully before signing the rental contract, as your signature confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Rental Period & Security Deposit

All rentals require a minimum booking of 4 to 5 days. A security deposit of GYD $30,000 must be provided at the beginning of the rental period, which will be refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected.

Extending Your Rental

If you wish to extend the rental period, you must notify us at least 24 to 36 hours prior to the end date. This can be done in person, by phone, via WhatsApp, or through a message. Full payment for the extended period is required upon confirmation.

Vehicle Use & Care

• The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period and agrees to use it in accordance with all local laws and regulations.
• Any damage to the vehicle, whether accidental or intentional, will be the responsibility of the renter. The renter will cover the cost of repairs if the vehicle is returned with any damage.

Vehicle Inspection

A full inspection of the vehicle will be conducted within 24 hours of its return. The security deposit will only be refunded after confirmation that the vehicle has been returned in its original condition, without damage or excessive wear.

Early Return & Cancellation Policy

If the vehicle is returned before the agreed rental end date, the renter will not be entitled to a refund for the unused days. Additionally, if B.E.S.T Family Transportation Service & Car Rental determines that the renter has violated the rental agreement or any company policies, the company reserves the right to reclaim the vehicle immediately. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any paid rental fees.

Insurance & Liability

• All vehicles are insured, but the renter will be responsible for covering any excess costs or damages not covered by the insurance.
• The renter is liable for any traffic violations, fines, or legal fees incurred during the rental period.

Termination of Agreement

B.E.S.T Family Transportation Service & Car Rental reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without prior notice if the renter is found to have breached any of the terms and conditions. In such cases, the renter will be required to return the vehicle immediately, and no refund will be provided.
